Stayed during the week of Christmas and felt welcome by Mark at the front. The room was gorgeous and you can’t beat the views around the Inn itself. It’s in a prime spot of Estes Park with access to the down town area within a walk’s distance and the pricing of it all was budget friendly. The hot tub availability was a huge plus as well. Truly a 5 star place and we will be back to stay again.

Among it’s many benefits are beautiful setting on the river slightly below the highway which reduces traffic noise, beautiful rooms, some with fireplace and private hot tub, cozy treed setting which seems very peaceful and private, excellent service and very reasonable prices. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is great, with easy access to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, as well as the town of Estes Park. Our bed was comfortable, and we were pleased to know that there were both a small fridge and a microwave in the room, so we were able to bring a few food items from home. The room was spotlessly clean, and although Toni offered to provide housekeeping service, we were happy not to be bothered with it. Toni was so friendly and accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location is beautiful and very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. A river runs through the property, and it is so peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the view and listen to the river. Our room was very nice with a super comfortable bed and a stone fireplace. The decor was very tasteful and the cabin itself was impeccably clean. Our favorite thing about our room is that it came with a private hot tub. We use it every single night. It felt great after hiking all day to sit in the tub and soak. Toni and Blake made sure that we had everything we needed and gave us great tips on what to do in the area (thanks, Blake, for recommending the hike to Alberta Falls! It was absolutely beautiful!). We will definitely come back again in the near future, and absolutely recommend this inn. You won’t regret it.

The hospitality this place had to offer was phenomenal!! The owner, Toni, was so nice and helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat in Estes Park! This place was very clean and homey. We enjoyed using the fireplace in our room every evening. They even left us a nice card and chocolate bar on our anniversary. So nice! Highly recommend!

The owners provided us with courtesy beverages and a start of fire wood for the fireplace. The hot tub was ready to go although we did not use it this time. We have in the past and it was very convenient as our room had a private tub. The policy of no young children, no pets, and no smoking makes the stay much easier to take. We raised kids and pets and we’re good as an older couple to just enjoy the stay. The Inn is located close to everything we enjoy in the Estes Park area. Keep up the clean, well kept, great presentation!

They left us with suggestions of some local dining favorites and activities for our trip. Each morning we were there we were lucky enough to enjoy a cup of coffee on our little balcony and watch the elk grazing around. It was hands down one of our most enjoyable stays in Estes Park! Toni and Blake have created a truly warm retreat that captures the essence of Estes Park perfectly! this will be our only place to stay from now on! we had such a great time and can’t wait until our next trip!

The Inn was so quaint and beautiful…it was absolutely picture perfect! The owners were so gracious and accommodating, they went out of their way to be sure that we had everything we needed and we felt at home in this beautiful little town! They gave us suggestions on where to go and what to do and we took them up on it! Their tips made our trip even more extraordinary!!!! We spent many of our evenings in the whirlpool, relaxing and looking over the peaceful river. Hummingbirds buzzed by, ducks waddled past and an elk munched on some grass above us on the hill in the trees. It was a fairy tale stay and we would visit again in a heartbeat.

It’s so cozy and the owners tend to your every need of they can. Very accommodating. The resident turkeys were a joy to watch as they made their way under the bird feeder several times a day. Lol.
